Content Manager gives website owners total control of their website content. Authorised users can add or update content to the site using a standard browser anytime day or night, from anywhere in the world.
 
It’s easy to use – only basic keyboard and mouse skills are required. There is no software limit to the number of simultaneous users. A consistent site design is achieved through the use of page templates, available in printed form for easy reference. Articles can be created by copy-and-paste from standard word processors or existing web pages. Articles can be scheduled to appear or disappear at set dates and times.

Multi-level security enables different users to have varying privileges to make changes. The Content Manager offers a multi-lingual option. A workflow system allows some users to create ‘pending’ content that other editors view before approving. On-line help is available throughout along with a printed User’s Guide. We can arrange training for up to four users. If you have questions, we can provide post-installation telephone support and a maintenance contract for on-going support.

We are constantly improving Content Manager. A Maintenance Contract entitles you to upgrades within the same major version. For example, if you have version 1.x, you could upgrade now to version 1.85 which offers editable drop-down and pop-out menus.
